This tiny house overlooks a waterfall/dam on the Contoocook River and Powdermill Pond. Just 1.5 hrs from Boston and 2.5 hrs from Hartford, in the Monadnock region of Southern, New Hampshire, this tiny house is tucked into the woods on 27 acres of waterfront property. It sleeps two adults, in a queen-size bed in the upstairs loft, and can accommodate up to 2 small children in a pinch on the fold down couch.
Downstairs guests will find a small equipped kitchen area with a sink, refrigerator, a microwave, a coffeemaker, and a stove to cook up a tasty meal. The private bathroom contains an electric, incinerating toilet, and shower during the summer. In the winter, the wood-burning stove as well as an indoor heater keep the tiny house toasty year round and create a cozy ambiance. In the tiny living area, guests can kick off their shoes, pour a glass of wine, play board games, or catch up on their favorite shows on the flat-screen TV. Other amenities include cable, and Wi-Fi.
