About this place
*Highly secluded* off-grid Tipi perfect for reconnecting with the natural world. This is an authentic tipi made by Nomadic Tipi on top of a wooden deck with a wood burning stove inside. It also has a large outside space with a private fire pit for hanging out under the stars (Wood available for $5.00 per bundle). Can house up to 6 people and has one air mattress. Access to multi use trails and streams cross all over the property.
Located on Toad Hill, a remote 45 acre property surrounded by pristine forest in the heart of The White Mountains. There is lots to do and see in the area. Hike, bike, snowmobile or ski from the door to waterfalls, ponds, or just around the property in search of birds and wildlife. Take a day trip to Province or Mountain Pond for both swimming and fly fishing. Toad hill also host a summer music festival and has beautiful sculptures around the property. Perfect for people trying to get away from life and into nature!
Please note that there is no running water and limited solar power electricity in this accommodation. Bring a few items including sleeping bags or sheets, pillowcases, and blankets as well as food and utensils, cookware, flashlights, and water or a water purifier. The host asks that guests practice "leave no trace ethics" during their visit. There is an outhouse located near the barn. In the winter car access is limited and guest will have to hike to their accommodations.

Adventurous glampers can go zip lining through the treetops or rent an ATV. For a more relaxing activity, guests can go fishing and swim at Mountain Pond or enjoy a scenic picnic in the woods.
During colder months, the area is transformed into an idyllic winter wonderland offering excellent conditions for snow sports and activities. Glampers will be close to numerous areas that provide downhill and cross-country skiing, snowboarding, sledding, snowmobiling, and snowshoeing. For a break from the great outdoors, glampers can drive to North Conway. There, glampers can indulge in local cuisine, browse for unique souvenirs in local shops or the outlet mall, visit the Kahuna Laguna water park, or go for a ride on the Conway Scenic Railroad.
