This peaceful lake cottage is located near Gunstock Mountain Resort in Moultonborough, New Hampshire, and can accommodate four guests. There are two bedrooms, and one has a queen-size bed, while the other has two twin beds. The bathroom has a sink, a toilet, and a combination shower and bathtub.

The living room has a sofa, a chair, a recliner, a television, and a free-standing stove. Bright white cabinets are accented by black hardware and checkerboard walls in the kitchen, which has a refrigerator, a sink, a stove, and a microwave. Wi-Fi is available for guest use.

Outside, guests will find a yard and peaceful waterfront views, and the screened-in porch has a table and four chairs. This cottage has direct access to Lake Winnipesaukee, and guests have the use of boat docks (a fee applies for boat slips) and Adirondack chairs. There is also an outdoor stone fireplace, which makes a great spot for roasting hot dogs and s'mores by the lakefront.

The property has docks for guests who wish to bring their boat for an additional fee. There is on-site swimming and picnicking, as well as a shuffleboard court, a ping-pong table, a stone fireplace, and Adirondack chairs along the lakefront.

The property loans snowshoes, gaiters, and trail maps in the winter. Trails can be accessed right from the property.

Along with Lake Winnipesaukee, the Lakes Region of New Hampshire includes Lake Squam, Winnisquam Lake, and Newfound Lake. Swimming, fishing, boating, water-skiing, and hiking are all popular activities in and around these beautiful lakes. Winter sports turn to skiing and snowboarding at Gunstock Mountain Resort, Wolfeboro Abenaki Ski Area, and Cannon Mountain Ski Area. Ice skating, snowmobiling, and snowshoeing are also popular.

Guests can take off for the day and head to Franconia Notch State Park where they can hike the trails to Table Rock, visit Avalanche Falls waterfall, check out Mount Liberty's Flume Gorge, or ride the aerial tramway with its views of Mount Flume. Mount Washington offers scenic cruises and sunset dinner/dance cruises on Lake Winnipesaukee.

In addition to historic tours at the Lucknow Mansion at Castle in the Clouds, guests can hike or go horseback riding. The Mount Washington Cog Railroad is a wonderful way to view the dramatic scenery of New England. Other parks and attractions include White Mountain National Forest, Ahern State Park, and the beaches, shopping, dining, and entertainment of Weirs Beach.
