Just one mile from Cranmore Mountain, ten minutes from Storyland, and five minutes from downtown, this home offers both serenity and convenience. Surrounded by towering pines and framed by floor-to-ceiling windows, the home invites natural light and forest views into every corner.
Step inside to an open-concept first floor with cathedral ceilings and oversized glass windows that make you feel connected to nature while enjoying all the comforts of modern living. The living room features a deep, cozy sectional, a giant two-person chair, an electric fireplace, a large streaming television, and a dining table for ten. The fully renovated kitchen is stocked with everything from a coffee maker to pots, pans, spices, barware, and thoughtful touches like salt, olive oil, and herbs. Coffee, tea, and cocoa are provided to get your stay started right.
With four bedrooms and a loft, the home comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests, ideal for six adults and four to five children. Two king bedrooms include streaming televisions, while the third-floor master boasts an office nook and a Juliet balcony. The fun-filled bunk room has toys, themed décor, a trundle bed, and a portable crib. The loft features a daybed and another Juliet balcony, a quiet nook to read or relax. All bathrooms have been refreshed with new floors, vanities, and fixtures, and fresh, fluffy towels are provided.
The finished basement is a hub for entertainment, offering games, puzzles, books, toys, and a movie projector with streaming capabilities. Curl up on the huge bean bags or sofa and watch a film as the snow falls outside. A washer and dryer are also available for your use.
Outdoors, enjoy the peaceful porch with a fire table and sofa, a grill for cookouts, and in warmer months, outdoor dining furniture and a backyard with Adirondack chairs around the firepit. Surrounded by nature yet close to everything, this retreat is professionally managed to ensure a seamless, high-quality stay. Please note: house parties are not allowed—this is a home for peaceful getaways.
You will have access to the entire property, including parking in the one-car garage and driveway. You can also take advantage of the resort’s indoor fitness area and game room. These spaces are shared with other guests, so please review the rules and policies. No-contact check-in and check-out are offered. On the morning of your stay, you will receive a guest access code to access your condo and a separate code to access the shared resort amenities.
