**Quiet Hours**
10:00pm - 6:30am

Common courtesy is expected of All GUESTS.

Guests should not disturb, annoy, endanger, or inconvenience other guests nor use the premises for any unlawful purpose.

**Site assigned**
You will receive self-check-in instructions. You must follow the check-in instructions sent by email. You can only stay on the site assigned to you through the check-in instructions. If you checked-in at the wrong site and caused disturbance, issues or delays to other guests you will be charged a fine of $100. Please park at your site and not on the road or the grass.

**Check-In and Check-Out Time**
If any of the guests within the group Check-in earlier or check-out later outside of the official check-in and check-out time, there will be a fee of $50 automatically charged to the payment method used for the reservation.

**Pets**
Lumen Nature Retreat is a dog-friendly Campground. All pets must be announced prior to the stay and the $50 fee per dog must be paid prior to the arrival. Maximum of 2 dogs are allowed per site. Other animals are not permitted without prior approval.

**Prohibited vehicles**
Motorized vehicles, such as dirt bikes or any type of ATV vehicles are not permitted to be used on the property or our neighboring properties. Guests are subject to cancellation without refund eligibility.

**Prohibition of Firearms**
Firearms of any kind, including but not limited to handguns, rifles, shotguns, and any other type of firearm, are strictly prohibited within the campground grounds. This includes both open and concealed carry.

**Drones**
Recreational drones are not allowed to be used on the property or our neighboring properties without written permission as it affects the overall privacy of our current guests and neighbors. Guests are subject to cancellation without refund eligibility

**Alcohol and Tobacco**
Alcohol is allowed in the campground. Please use discretion when consuming alcohol.

Out-of-hand guests or loud parties are not tolerated.

We do not allow smoking on any of our sites. This includes tobacco, vapor, or any other form of smoking.

**Campfires**
Campfires are authorized by management. We adhere to all County, State and Federal fire bans and as a private campground, we reserve the right to ban fires at any time.

Fires are only permitted in designated fire rings and pits. Do not move the fire rings.

All fires must be attended to at ALL TIMES and must be fully extinguished at bedtime or when not present.

To preserve your enjoyment of the trees in our campground and the surrounding area, only firewood purchased/provided from the campground may be burned. This will help prevent the spread of invasive pests and diseases.

Under the encouragement of environmental sources, we must confiscate firewood.

This is a serious problem and we ask our campers to take it seriously as well. State and federal fines up to $1,000 apply for violations of firewood quarantines.

**Bears and Wildlife**
Do not feed the bears! Take trash to the dumpster each night. Put Coolers, pet food and water inside anytime you are not in the camp! Even EMPTY coolers attract bears!

Do not keep any food inside your tent. Bring in bird feeders at night. Read signs that are posted around the campground.

The Department of wildlife considers it a crime to do anything that could attract wildlife to the campground.


**Guests**
Only the # of people indicated on your reservation is permitted on your campsite at any time. Unauthorized guests (whether for the day or the night) are not allowed without prior authorization.

**Parking**
Only 1 vehicle is permitted per site by default. If you have additional vehicles, please communicate to the guest service coordinator ahead of time to ensure that the site you booked can accommodate additional vehicles.

Unauthorized vehicles will be subject to a $50 charge.

The speed Limit is 5mph and will be strictly enforced.
