The two ski resorts in the region, known as Sugarbush and Mad River Glen, are both located about half an hour to the west of the accommodation, with a network of snowmobiling trails situated in between the two sites. The city of Burlington and nearby Lake Champlain are just under an hour away to the northwest by car.
