The bedroom has a queen-size bed with a double air mattress available, sleeping a maximum of two people, and all linens are provided. There is a separate bathroom with a toilet and a shower.

The fully-equipped kitchen has all guests need to prepare their meals and the dining area can seat up to four people. The guesthouse is smoke-free, pet-free, and cleaned and supplied with organic natural products containing essential oils for the comfort of those with allergies. This studio (with bath) has one queen-size bed, a separate bathroom with a large indoor shower, and a fully-equipped kitchenette with a small refrigerator (under the counter). Additionally, there is a microwave, a toaster, and a two-burner portable electric stove-top. Guests will also enjoy having a blender, a toaster-oven, a Foreman electric grill, a teakettle, and a coffeemaker.
