This sustainable off-grid cottage is located on an organic farm on Hawaii's Big Island and can accommodate two guests. There is one king-size bed within this cabin and beautiful painted murals on the rustic wood walls. The cabin walls have screens making up half of them, meaning the gentle Hawaiian breeze can flow through at all hours of the day. The king-size bed can also be arranged into two twin beds if necessary. Requests can be made with the host beforehand for this arrangement. Guests will have access to a shared shower and toilet facility near the cabin that boasts hot water and privacy.

There is a small outdoor kitchen for guests, along with fresh water, and a cooler with ice, which is complimentary. There is no electricity in this cabin, however, guests will have access to the main lodge on the property which offers electricity, internet access, and a kitchen. There is also a place for glampers to charge their electronics. Guests will be provided with candles and solar lights during their stay at this cottage for a true experience to get away from it all.

This property features an extensive library equipped with a variety of books targeted towards opening the mind to new knowledge. Some of their selection includes books on alternative lifestyles, yoga, body and breath work, cooking, gardening, healing, religions, and many other topics that may spark an interest.

Guest will receive a fresh fruit basket complimentary with their stay, and the lovely hosts are always happy to give free tours of the organic farm to those who are interested. Fresh coconuts, bananas, and papayas are always available during your stay at the local fruit stand.

Internet access is available to all at the main lodge where there is a router that provides Wi-Fi from 9 am to 9 pm.

The town of Pahoa offers many great dining experiences and shops that are sure to suit every taste. Some of the popular stops include Kaleo's Bar and Grill for classic American dishes or Pahoa Fresh Fish for delicious seafood.

A day is well spent wandering the Red Road to the black sand beach at Kalapana and back to picnic at recently renovated Issac Hale Beach Park. Great landmarks are located nearby such as Kilauea, the world's most active volcano. This volcano is a safe and convenient 45-minute drive away, and glampers better have their cameras ready, because rainbows are a very common occurrence here in Hawaii.

This property is only located a few minutes away from natural thermal hot springs, sauna steam caves, snorkeling, black sand beaches like Isaac Hale Beach, hot tide pools in Ahalanui Park, fossilized lava trees, and an extinct cinder cone lake. Glampers will leave in awe of the natural beauty they got to experience from this booking.
