This romantic property is near Hilo on the Big Island of Hawaii tucked away on six acres of a Ohi'a forest. The location is very remote, completely nestled into the solitude of the island. The Volcano National Park is only 10-15 minutes away, with Kona also within driving distance. There are tropical plants growing on the grounds, with a lovely garden. It takes only two to two and a half hours to completely drive from one end of the island to the others, and guests can explore both the "wet" side and the "dry" side.

This comfortable island paradise is the perfect setting for relaxing or exploring the island. Guests are only 7 miles from Volcano National Park, where they can drive around a massive crater, go hiking in the 150 miles of trails in the park, or bike the intriguing terrain. Nearby Hilo offers beaches, farmers markets, waterfalls, restaurants, museums, and shopping. There is also the famed Wailuku River State Park, which features the incredible Rainbow Falls. The second tallest waterfall, Akaka Falls, is just about 10 miles north of Hilo.

Kona is on the dryer side of the island, where guests can experience the beautiful Hapuna beach park, Puako Bay, Kailua Bay and more. Also, just a few minutes south of Kona's airport, there is an amazing lava tube to explore. (Guests will see cars parked on the side of the road, which will help them know where to stop). There are both beaches and rainforests on the Big Island, so glampers can swim, kayak, canoe, surf, hike, sunbathe, and so much more.
