This vacation rental is suitable for children. Guest and visitors are fully responsible for the safety and security of their children at all time as any disturbance caused to other residents in the neighborhood.
Quiet hours are from 9 pm to 7 am. Excessive noise is prohibited at all times. Outdoor amplified sound is prohibited.
No dirt biking or 4 wheel driving at any time on the premises.
No parties or gatherings allowed.
Guests are allowed visitors after contacting the owner/manager to discuss the amount of people and duration of the visit.
Guest is responsible for ensuring maximum visitor numbers are not exceeded: and that visitors are complicit with the house rules.
Any additional overnight visitors must be approved in advance during booking process and are subject to an additional fee as noted in the price.
Occupancy is limited at two (2) guests per bedroom. This does not include children 3 years old and under.
No street parking permitted.
Maximum of 1 car per guest room shall be allowed.
There is assigned visitors parking area on the bottom half of the property No RV parking allowed.
There are cameras on the property to ensure the guests, visitors and owners security. For privacy reasons there are no cameras looking in to the rental houses.
No smoking or vaping inside the vacation rentals.
No smoking or vaping closer then 50 feet of the decks and buildings.
Cigarette butts must be disposed in a out side trash bin. Failure to do so will cost additional cleaning fees.
Beware of fire; the high desert can produce a lot of fuel for fires.
Guests and visitors must supervise children at all times when using deck areas. No smoking on the decks
Pets are allowed on the property after communicating with the owner/manager.
Pets shall be secured on the property at all times. Continual barking or other nuisances created by unattended pets are prohibited.

The vacation rental does not have a fenced yard.
Guests and visitors are responsible for picking up and disposal of animal waste. Beware of the natural predators in the area; coyotes, hawks, snakes, etc.
At the back of parking area there is a trash bin and a recycling bin.
Fires are permitted in the indoor wood stove only. Wood stove is closed when using. No out door fires are permitted.
The owner / manager reserve the right to terminate permission to occupy and evict from the property, any guest or visitors who refuse to follow these house rules or cause a nuisance to neighbors or other residents of the community.
