This glamping property is located halfway between San Francisco and Los Angeles in Paso Robles, California. Only one and a half to two hours away from this city are a few other, large, Californian cities, such as Fresno, Monterey, Salinas, and Santa Cruz. Known for its hot springs, mud baths, and wineries, Paso Robles has all the makings of an ideal glamping destination.
The city was once called "Almond City" for having the largest clustering of almond orchards in the world. While Paso Robles no longer holds this title, its almonds are still renowned for their high quality. Wine is the real industry here; however, with the first wine grapes put into Paso Robles' soil in the late 1700s. The vineyards are still going strong in this city, with over 25 different varietals of grapes are still grown here today and over 250 wineries.
