The town of Elkton sits about 10 miles northwest of the ranch, meaning guests have some peace and quiet along with easy access to town. From this location, fishing, clay shooting, wine tastings, guided rafting trips, ATV tours, and horseback riding are all available. This is truly one of the most serene and idyllic settings for a glamping getaway, where guests can enjoy both the river and the mountains as they relax with loved ones in the fresh air.

Known as the “Jewel of the Umpqua”, Elkton is a great base to explore and enjoy the lower Umpqua River, which is teeming with salmon and steelhead. The town of Elkton is heavily forested and offers incredible vineyards for glampers to visit, as well as hiking and biking opportunities, while fishing, crabbing, and sunbathing can be found in Yachats approximately 1 hour away. Glampers who are lucky enough might be able to spot a pod of gray whales in the stunning Depoe Bay.
