Description of Glamping Units
This stylish mountain cabin is located in the forests of Mount Hood National Park in Clackamas County, Oregon, and can accommodate up to six guests. There are two bedrooms and one full bathroom. The first bedroom has a king-size bed, cedar walls and ceilings, and lush carpeting. The second bedroom has two sets of twin bunk beds, accommodating four people in total. In the full bathroom, guests will find a spa bathtub and shower combination and a set of double vanities. Linens and towels are provided.
In the living room, guests will find exposed cedar log walls and elements of Scandinavian design for a charming mix of style and comfort. There is a wood stove and a cushy wrap around sofa to relax on after a day of exploring the abounding nature while looking through the wall of windows. There is a collection of books and board games for glampers to unwind with loved ones. The fully equipped kitchen comes with a with a stove, a refrigerator, an oven, a kettle, a coffeemaker, a microwave, and lots of countertop space for meal preparation. There is also a modern and elegant dining area. Other amenities include Wi-Fi and a private washer and dryer.

The rental is located close to the Mount Hood National Forest, extending south from the Columbia River Gorge, one of the most breathtakingly beautiful natural areas in the United States. The Gorge was created by an ancient river of lava that also created the nearby famous Multnomah Falls, across more than sixty miles of forested mountains, lakes, and streams. Mount Hood rises 11,239 feet above sea level, majestically towering above the forest below and making it the highest peak in the state. Several living glaciers extend to near the timberline. There are alpine meadows, plentiful waterfalls, and serene hot springs throughout the park.
The property is four miles from the Resort at the Mountain, 13 miles west of Mt. Hood Skibowl, 20 miles from Timberline Lodge and Ski Area, and 24 miles from the slopes of Mt. Hood Meadows. The national forest is just two miles away.
About an hour away is Portland, one of the biggest and most popular cities in the Pacific Northwest. This city has a range of attractions and activities for a variety of preferences and tastes. During the summertime, there are several festivals celebrating craft beer, music, contemporary art, and an internationally acclaimed gourmet food culture.
