This spacious cabin rental sleeps up to eight guests, perfect for groups of friends or families looking to enjoy a vacation in Port Angeles, Washington. There are two queen-size beds and four twin beds throughout the cabin. The bathroom contains a shower, a sink, and a toilet. Towels and linens are kindly provided.
In the large open-space living area, there is a wood-burning stove with a glass door, so glampers can curl up with a good book next to the fire, or simply enjoy the comfort of the radiant heated floors. There is also a deluxe kitchen equipped with all the amenities budding chefs will need to cook up a storm, including spices, condiments, a gas stove, an oven, a large refrigerator, and an island. The rental also comes with a washer/dryer, ceiling fans, and Wi-Fi access.
In addition, the sliding glass doors in the living area open onto a large deck, where guests can take in the mesmerizing Olympic Mountains and the acres of natural, unspoiled meadows. Each rental is private from the other, with its own private deck yet with easy walking access to each other (when rented as a group). The pool is exclusively for the log cabin, yet groups who rent accommodations together can share the pool and all the 25 acres of private trails and ponds. There are fire pits with wood included and barbecues for easy outside cooking.
The dock on the pond has basic fishing equipment for catching the bluegill or bass. The bald eagles have taken all the trout, but guests can still sometimes see them dive for bass. There is a $300 refundable damage deposit that is held on the guest's card at the time of confirmation. This will be released back to the guest 7 days after check-out pending no damages.
There is an $85 turnover fee charged to offset the cost of housekeeping, fresh linens, firewood, pool and spa maintenance, etc.
