There are 10 warm and cozy rooms in total, each individually decorated in an Old West style and including antique furnishings, furnished with either a king-size or queen-size bed, 42-inch TV, some rooms have balconies, all rooms prices include breakfast for two. The ensuite bathroom have showers, sinks, and toilets.

The property is set on 80 acres with a pond, a barn, and a 24 seat theater, giving it a rural and rustic vibe. In the surrounding areas, there is a local wildlife preserve and state and federal land abound many near-by lake for fishing and swimming, great area for hiking and biking in summer and snowshoeing in winter.
