This three-bedroom, two-bathroom cabin comfortably accommodates up to six guests. The first bedroom features a king-size bed, while the second two bedrooms both feature a queen-size bed. Guests can connect to the complimentary Wi-Fi and browse the cable TV all from the comfort of the leather couch and armchairs in the living room. During the winter, guests can light up the wood-burning fireplace and cozy up to the flames with a good book. At Ruby Falls, guests can go caving, and after head to Incline Railway for a scenic ride up Lookout Mountain with views of the mountains and valleys. Guests have plenty of golf courses to choose from just minutes away and there is some fantastic fishing at the lake with the option of booking a local guide. The host has the right to inspect the premise at any time, and check-out time is strictly enforced. There is a $50 fee for every hour that guests stay beyond the agreed check-out time.
Smoking is not allowed inside the accommodation and there may be a cleaning fee of at least $350 if smoking occurs indoors. Guests can smoke outside and are asked to clean up used butts at the risk of a $50 cleaning fee.
Guests are asked to leave all dishes washed and all waste disposed of before check-out. Waste left outside may attract animals, so guests are encouraged to dispose of trash properly and not leave anything out overnight.
Quiet hour begins at 10 p.m. and guests are asked to be respectful of other glampers on the property.
Hunting is prohibited and only legally owned and permitted firearms are allowed on the property.
Four-wheel drive is highly recommended during the winter months.
