Set on the outskirts of Heber Springs, Arkansas, this spacious vacation rental can comfortably accommodate up to 20 guests between seven bedrooms and four full bathrooms, making this rental perfect for large groups, weddings, or family get-togethers. In one bedroom, there is a king-size bed, a double bed, and a single bed. In another, there is a king-size bed. Two bedrooms include one queen-size bed and a single bed each. Two more bedrooms include one queen-size bed each. The final bedroom includes a set of bunk beds. There is additional sleeping room in the loft in the form of a Lily daybed, outfitted with delicate scrollwork in a white finish.

Two bathrooms include a combination tub/shower, two bathrooms include a shower. There is also one half-bathroom with just a toilet. For entertainment, there is a foosball table, a pool table, a music library a television outfitted with a DVD player and cable. There is also a book library with a grand piano. The kitchen is fully-equipped with everything guests may need during their stay, including a coffeemaker, a dishwasher, a microwave, an oven, a refrigerator, a stove, a toaster, kitchenware, and a dining table with seating for up to 11 people.
