This rustic cabin rental with festive Christmas decor is located in Franklin County, Arkansas, and can accommodate seven guests. There are two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king-size bed with a memory foam mattress, an armchair, and a master bathroom. In the bathroom, there is a toilet, a sink, and a Jacuzzi tub with a shower. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and there is also a loft area available, where guests will find three single beds. In the common bathroom, guests will find a toilet, a sink, and a shower. Linens and towels are provided.

In the living room, there are five reclining seats, a 4k smart television, and a fireplace with gas logs. The fully-equipped kitchen comes with a refrigerator, a microwave, a coffeemaker, an oven, a stove, silverware, and utensils. The kitchen counters act like a dining area and can seat people on both sides. Other amenities include free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, central heating, a washer and dryer, and a hairdryer.

Outside, there is a furnished deck that surrounds the cabin and a spacious yard that is actually a Christmas tree farm. Guests also have access to parking and a propane barbecue grill for their stay.

The property’s location offers nature lovers a wide variety of activity choices. For hiking and mountain biking, both Ouachita National Forest and the Ozark National Forest are great choices while the latter is also a great place to go fishing. The nearby Arkansas River is a superb spot for water sports enthusiasts to practice their kayaking, swimming, rafting, and water tubing skills. More relaxed days can involve birdwatching, antiquing, visiting museums, and attending local festivals.

During the summer months and fall foliage season, the area is indeed spectacular and scenic drives are definitely recommended. Wine lovers can also enjoy a winery tour and local wine tasting in the area.
