This Old West vacation rental near Fayetteville and Ozark National Forest, Arkansas, accommodates a maximum of three guests. For the comfort of guests, there is a queen-size bed in the sleeping area as well as a booth that folds into a twin-size bed. For a pleasant stay all year round, the trailer is equipped with an overhead air conditioning unit and a space heater that is available upon request. The interior of the trailer comes complete with saloon doors, plaid wood, corrugated metal, and reclaimed wood - truly a homage to the Old West.
Guests will also find a basic kitchen within the trailer including a mini-fridge, a stove, an oven, and a sink. In addition, a Western property is never complete without a bar for late night drinks. This spacious accommodation also has a private covered deck where guests can chill and unwind while enjoying great nature views.
The trailer doesn’t have a private bathroom, but there are shared toilets and bathroom for guests available in the resort. There is also a shared indoor kitchen prep area with a microwave, a pizza oven, and a communal refrigerator.
Other amenities include the circular pool which is perfect for swimming with friends, as well as the campfire for warming up while stargazing.
One of the highlights of the resort is the circular swimming pool in the center of the property. Guests can simply relax while going for a refreshing soak in the pool and taking in the surrounding nature views. There are also multiple charcoal BBQ grills for tasty meals, as well as a community refrigerator and a pizza oven. The outdoor campfire is a lovely addition to the resort as well, perfect for warming up and sharing stories under the starry sky during chilly evenings.
