This secluded, waterfront cabin rental is situated amid a pleasantly wooded lot above Hurricane Bay on Lake Barkley in Cadiz, Kentucky, and can accommodate up to 14 guests. The cabin has four bedrooms and three full bathrooms, as well as a spacious living and dining area and large wooden decks outside overlooking the exquisite lake and surrounding trees.

The first bedroom plays host to a lovely king-size bed adorned with beautiful linen and bedding, as well as wooden side tables and lamps. In the second and third bedrooms, guests will be treated to a comfortable queen-size bed in both rooms. The fourth bedroom is home to one queen-size bed, two double beds, and two bunk beds.

The large spacious living room is equipped with ample seating arrangements for guests in the form of large, comfortable couches set around the center of the room. A full-size top of the range pool table is located on the edge of the living room, and on the opposite side, guests will be treated to a six-seater poker table with comfortable seating.

A few steps down, guests will find a large, wrap-around sofa set around a gas fire pit, and views of the forest trees and glistening lake down the slopes. A few feet away is where guests will find the lake and the dock where two to three boats could be tied up for easy access.

Guests will be treated to a plethora of modern conveniences at this glamping accommodation. Kentucky State Penitentiary can be found a mere 25 minutes away. Nicknamed "The Castle on the Cumberland," it is the only maximum security prison in Kentucky, although tours are not permitted, guests are encouraged to make the trip simply for the experience of seeing the facility.

Half an hour away, guests will have access to the renowned Kuttawa Nature Trail which is a trail that starts on Lake Barkley Drive in old Kuttawa. A peaceful setting with miles of biking and hiking trails is located across from the new Kuttawa public boat ramp.
