This unique, vintage houseboat rental for five near New Orleans has one bedroom. This comfortable, 36x12-foot Thunderbird houseboat is stationed on the water of the property's stocked pond alongside the 48-foot dock.
It features a queen-size bed, a full galley, a full bathroom, a sleeping cuddy, a salon, a sofa bed, a back-up generator, and a raised bridge with all of the bells and whistles. There's also plenty of deck area above and dockside to relax and entertain. Enjoy a cocktail to the sound of the pond fountain or water lapping at the hull to drift off to sleep to. Although designed to sleep up to eight, the hosts feel four to five guests is a comfy limit to enjoy for couples, family, friends, and especially children.
Glampers will be able to make themselves at home during their stay. Linens are provided and there is are modern bathroom and laundry facilities available, though guests must provide their own towels. Guests will be able to prepare their own meals if they fancy dining in thanks to the full kitchen available, with plenty of dining space on offer for eating together.
In addition, all glampers have access to public and private hot tubs for enjoying a relaxing soak.
