The first two bedrooms each have a king-size bed, and the third bedroom has a queen-size bed. The loft has two sets of twin-over-king-size bunk beds with trundles to sleep any additional guests. The first full bathroom has a shower, and the second full bathroom has a shower and bathtub combination. Both full bathrooms and the half-bathroom also come with a toilet and a sink. Linens and towels are provided.
In the living room, guests can relax on the sofa as they watch a movie or game on the flat-screen TV, or warm up by the gas fireplace. The loft also serves as a game room with foosball table, another flat-screen TV, and a library with a collection of books and board games.

Guests can also spend the day at Hochatown State Park for hiking and golfing or head up into the Ouachita Mountains for climbing and zip-lining.
