You’ll have complete privacy during your stay, but we are always just a message away. We respond quickly and are happy to assist with recommendations or anything you need.

A cabin that is very close to stores and quick food options. 259 Market is a two minute walk from the cabin. The Meltdown at 259 is a great place for a quick bite. They offer amazing sandwiches. Get ice cream at Hey Sugar next door and check out the other stores nearby. The Maze of Hochatown is a 10 minute walk from the cabin and a must see.

You can walk to the market, spa and ATV rental nearby. You’ll need a car to go to other parts of the town.

➠ ACCESS: The front door is equipped with an electronic smart lock keypad & a private entrance. A unique door code will be sent at least 48 hours prior to check-in.

➠ USE OF SECURITY CAMERAS: Renters understand and accept that the property is protected with outside security cameras. These cameras are used to protect the property and our guests from potential break-ins and theft, We have 1 camera by the front door, 1 by the back door that are ON and recording 24/7. There are NO cameras inside the house.

➠ FIREPLACES: Indoor and outdoor fireplaces are turned off during the summer months (April 15- Sep 30).

➠ LIABILITY NOTICE: This rental cabin is privately owned. A security deposit and renter agreement is required for guests who book the cabin,

➠ WIFI: Please consider that this cabin is in a rural area, so internet speeds may vary throughout your stay.

➠ CRITTERS: We have a regular pest control company that maintains the grounds. As we are located in a rural area, please note that bugs may be present on the property. Native Plants and Animals: As such it is important for potential guests to understand before making a reservation that mother nature and her loving family of flora and fauna may make their presence known including snakes, lizards, deer, bears, raccoons, spiders, ladybugs, wasps, bees, rabbits, excessive pollen, poison ivy/oak, chiggers, beetles, field mice, ants, cockroaches, squirrels, opossums, flies, walking sticks, coyotes, moths, and butterflies, just to name a few. And, although, the cabin is on strict pest control and cleaning regimen our native flora and fauna may find a way to join you since you are visiting their habitat.

➠ CONSTRUCTION: Hochatown is a growing community so there is a possibility of construction in the nearby areas. This is usually limited to weekdays, but no guarantee that activities are not occurring on weekends as well.
