King Master Suite (Upstairs): Your private retreat comes with its own balcony overlooking the hot tub. While cozy in size, it includes a relaxing Jacuzzi whirlpool tub in the en-suite bathroom for a spa-like experience.2. Due to the house being in a heavily-treed area, you will encounter critters. This is common even with pest control treatments. If there is an abundance of critters, please inform your host.- Weather: No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are outside our control. Please purchase travel insurance for coverage. - ABSOLUTELY NO smoking *in* the home.- Check-In/Out: Check-in at 4:00 PM. Check-out is at 11:00 AM. We charge $75 for two hours late/early for all requests of early check-in & late check-out, based on availability. Please note we may not be able to accommodate early check-ins/ late checkouts. Please message us for more details.The property is professionally managed. Your host is available by text, message, or call during your stay!
