This charming and pet-friendly cottage is just a few minutes walk from Dale Hollow Lake in Alpine, Tennessee and can accommodate four guests. This lovely property was recently remodeled with all new flooring, paint, walls, windows, furniture, and features a studio-style open floor plan. There is one bedroom and one bathroom in this brightly lit and tastefully decorated cottage.

The bedroom features two comfortable double beds with luxurious bedding. The bathroom has a toilet, a sink, and a shower. Full linens and towels are provided. The living room is fully furnished with vibrant decorations, including a small sofa with throw pillows and a coffee table and a tall dresser separating the two beds. There is a large flat-screen HD television, which is mounted on the wall adjacent to the kitchen for easy viewing from the living area and kitchen.

The fully-equipped kitchen is totally renovated with elegant cabinets, a stove, an oven, a refrigerator, a microwave, a toaster, a coffee maker, and all of the necessary cookware and utensils. The dining area features a round dining table with seating for four. Outside, guests will find a large covered porch, surrounded by lofty trees, There are two large wicker patio chairs and a gas barbecue for grilling under the stars after a long day on the lake. The patio comes complete with two large wicker patio chairs and a barbecue grill, for evenings spent grilling the biggest catch of the day in the fresh air.
