The first bedroom includes one queen-size bed as well as a radio, the second bedroom includes two twin beds, and there is additional sleeping room in the form of a full-size hanging bed in the screened-in porch and a sofa bed in the living area. The full bathroom includes a walk-in shower.

The spacious living area includes plenty of seating room, a coffee table, chairs, a flat-screen television with a DVD player, and a vintage record player with a record library.
