This lovely cottage is the perfect rental for a glamping getaway near Dallas in Texas. It sleeps up to 10 guests, making it perfect for families or groups travelling together. There are three bedrooms, each equipped with two nightstands, alarm clocks, ceiling fans, reading lamps, vanities, and seating. Guests have the option of a king-size bedroom with an ensuite, a queen-size bedroom next to a bathroom in the hall, and a bedroom with two queen-size beds and an ensuite. In addition to the beds for eight guests, two people can be accommodated on air beds.

There is a charming living area that is very open and is perfect for socializing. The den is open to the kitchen and has a 40" television with a sound bar system. The host also provides lots of chick flicks and other DVDs to watch. There is a gas fireplace that makes the room cozy at the click of a button. There is seating for up to 10 guests inside the property, with space for eight at the kitchen table and a breakfast bar for two. The kitchen is also fully equipped with a microwave, oven, mixer on stand, crock pot, and gas cook top.

Guests will find their rental equipped with an extensive range of luxury facilities. There is an amazing 560 square foot deck with seating that makes the perfect place to relax. Within the property, there is a fully stocked coffee bar with a Keurig and a regular coffee pot along with all the setups. There are also pantry items and condiments for guests to use during their stay. The host supplies milk, juice, coffee, and continental type breakfast items.

The host also provides one set of towels per person and there are extra bath towels available in the linen closet. Guests can use the washer and dryer within the property.
