This delightful cabin rental near Smithville, Texas, is perfect for a family getaway. There are three bedrooms in this rental and two private bathrooms in total. Two bedrooms include a full-size bed, while the third bedroom has two twin beds. There is a fully equipped kitchen and also a dining table with seating for four guests. Outside of the cabin rental, guests will find a shared fire pit and swimming pool for entertainment. This luxury camping accommodation is pet-friendly so guests are more than welcome to bring their dogs.
There is a shared fire pit on the glamping property for guests to toast s'mores while stargazing in the evening and getting to meet other guests on the glamping site. There are also 40-acres of property for glampers to explore, meet all of the animals, and play lawn games with family and friends. The delightful porch area includes tables, lights, and seating, perfect for relaxing with a morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. Additionally, guests will find a swimming pool on the glamping property to enjoy and cool off on a hot Texan afternoon.

All rooms that are entered by guests or the host are cleaned before and after the guest visit. In addition to sheets, towels, and pillowcases, all duvets and duvet covers are washed after a guest visit. For cleaning and sanitizing, we are using a product that is on the EPA’s list of Disinfectants for Use Against SARS-CoV-2, the cause of COVID-19.

There are lots of activities for guests to entertain themselves with while glamping at this property. The cities of Smithville and Bastrop are both less than 30 minutes drive from the rental. In Smithville, guests can check out The Buescher State Park, a fun place to go climbing, exploring, picnicking, and hiking. Smithville is also home to The Hope Floats and The Tree of Life, as well as The Rocky Hill Ranch. In Bastrop, there is a wonderful historic downtown with lots of lovely cafes and shops and in addition, the new outdoor marketplace.
San Marcos is less than one hour's drive from the glamping site. The San Marcos Premium Outlets is a great place for those shopaholics, with great bargains and stores to discover. San Marcos River and Wonder World Park are beautiful places to relax for those just looking to unwind. For thrill-seekers, there are opportunities for river rafting, stand up paddleboarding, and kayaking, as well as bowling and zip-lining.
