You and the family will love staying in this beautiful three-bedroom, two-bath elevated home nestled in secluded surroundings, just one block north of Pine Avenue in the village of Anna Maria. It is common to see families riding bikes or Segways down the quiet neighborhoods. Walk the Boardway at sunrise, have breakfast at a local Cafe, or spend the day fishing on a Charter or at one of our 2 Piers. Take a short stroll to one of our beautiful beaches or relax by the private heated pool/spa with plenty of comfortable furnishings to lounge the day away.

EXTERIOR
Guests are sure to take full advantage of all the outdoor, Florida lifestyle features! The conveniently located covered porch area has large games and poolside hang out room with a large screen TV to watch the game or enjoy an afternoon cocktail. A wonderful 26 ft by 13 ft swimming pool, outdoor seating, and outdoor shower make this a fabulous backyard. The gas grill is located here as well for a great BBQ night.

Optional pool heat, up to 86 F, is available from November to April at $150/week. Weather conditions may affect the temperature of the pool. Spa heat only is available in the summer months for $15/night where applicable. Pool alarms are mandated per city licensing ordinance and cannot be disarmed. Pools are professionally serviced weekly and debris due to tropical climate might occur in between service days. Property Manager will expedite repairs of reported malfunctions but no refund will be made for circumstances beyond our control. There is no garage access for cars at Sea La Vie however there are still 4 parking spaces in the driveway available to use during your stay. This property is protected by video surveillance in the driveway area. This property welcomes any day arrival for the months mid-August to January except holiday weeks. Please contact us for approval. Please keep in mind that you are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.
