Important Information

This property welcomes any-day arrivals and offers short stays from mid-August through January. Stays during other months may require manager approval.

The shared pool is heated at no additional cost for reservations between October and April. Pool temperatures may vary depending on weather conditions, particularly during colder periods when temperatures fall below 60°F.

For guest safety and compliance with local regulations, pool alarms are installed and may not be disabled. The pool is professionally serviced weekly.

Please note that this home is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood. Guests are asked to be respectful of neighbours and observe quiet hours by keeping noise at reasonable levels during both daytime and nighttime hours.
