Head downstairs to the private pool area, where a spacious paver patio offers plenty of seating for relaxing or entertaining. Fire up the gas grill for an outdoor meal and enjoy the privacy of your own backyard retreat.

A short stroll brings you to Pine Avenue, where you'll find local restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques, and your favorite ice cream parlor. Beach access at Newton Lane is just a short walk away, and a selection of beach supplies is provided for your convenience.

The private pool area is perfect for relaxing in the Florida sunshine and includes an outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach. The patio provides plenty of privacy, while the covered carport includes a spacious storage area stocked with beach amenities for guest use.

Four parking spaces are available in the driveway and carport.

Pool Heating

Pool heat is available for $150 per week.

For safety, pool heaters are locked and monitored by the pool company. The maximum water temperature is 86°F, although colder weather may prevent the pool from reaching this temperature. Pool heaters automatically shut off during extremely cold conditions.

If pool equipment requires maintenance during your stay, repairs will be expedited as quickly as possible. No refunds or rent adjustments will be made for weather-related temperature changes, equipment malfunctions, maintenance, or temporary loss of amenities beyond management's control.

Pet Policy

Holly Hideaway welcomes one dog up to 25 lbs.

Non-refundable pet fee: $150 per pet
Maximum: One dog per stay

The pet fee does not cover damage caused by pets.
