• This home is nestled within the private backyard of a long-term tenants you may see them in their front yard, However the backyard is exclusive to guests ensuring a secluded and exclusive setting just for you.
• Pets are not allowed in this home.
• Parking is available in the front of the main home.

GENERAL RULES
Identification and Check-In/Out: The primary guest must provide a valid government-issued ID upon booking (VRBO and Direct Booking guests also need to provide the credit card details used for booking). Check-in begins at 4 PM and check-out is by 10 AM.
Smoking and Parties: No parties/events. Noise level must stay below 80 decibels during all hours; guests are automatically notified of violations by text. Indoor smoking and use of fireworks anywhere are prohibited. Do not smoke on the artificial turf; smoking must be done outside the fenced-in area.
Pets: Pets are not allowed at this home.
Security and Maintenance: Outdoor security cameras and noise level detectors are installed for your safety and are not actively monitored. Routine maintenance and valet trash service are part of the stay. Ensure appropriate trash sorting and lock all windows and doors when leaving the property. If you find any issues or missing amenities, allow at least 24 hours for our team to resolve the issue.

SPECIFIC HOUSE RULES

Check-In/Out: Early check-in/late check-out are not guaranteed. Late check-outs past 10 AM incur a $50 fee.
Smoking: Smoking violations/ presence of smoke smell may incur a $250 remediation fee minimum.
Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 8 PM-8 AM. Refrain from loud music between 8 PM-8 AM.
Property Care: Dispose of sanitary products in provided bins only. Trash must be disposed of outside of the fence to the left in the correct bins. Plumbing issues caused by misuse may have a fee.
Guests: Only guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. For additional guests, notify us in advance.
Illegal Activities: Illegal drug use results in immediate eviction without a refund.
Security Devices: Disabling or removing security devices or any technology results in a fee or removal from the home without a refund.

EXTRA SERVICES AND FEES

Professional Shoots: Permits for professional video or photo shoots can be requested for a fee. Contact us for more information.
AC System: Do not keep the unit running when not present in the home. Once the unit has reached the desired temp please turn down the fan. Not following these rules can result in the AC unit freezing over.
