GUEST ACCESS: All guests will have private access to the entire cabin and all its amenities during your stay. Check-in instructions will be sent prior to check in, including smart lock entry code with manual back-up lock box (physical key on site).

SUPPLIES: We provide a small variety of K-cups, nespresso capsules, cream and sugar, dishwasher & laundry pods. In the bathrooms, we provide hand soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and toilet paper. Please note these items will not be restocked during your stay.

WIFI/TV: High speed internet extending to outdoor spaces included for each guest during their stay; access information available upon arrival. YouTube TV included. Access your streaming apps available on TVs to help you enjoy your casual evenings. Don’t

KITCHEN: Guests will have access to a fully stocked kitchen (pots, pans, utensils, dinnerware, etc). Please be aware that cooking supplies such as oil and spices are not supplied though may be present from previous guests. The fridge does not have built in water dispenser but a water filter pitcher provided. Replacement filters under the sink in the event the light is red on top of filter.

PROPANE GRILL: Propane and grilling utensils are provided. Grill is lit manually with lighter (provided in kitchen drawer). Please clean grill after each use. Please turn gas off after grilling.

WASHER, DRYER & DISHWASHER: Complimentary laundry & dishwasher pods will be stocked on arrival to get your visit started; please be aware these are not restocked during your stay.

TRASH: Trash bags are included during your stay. Upon completion of your stay, please bag all trash, seal and close trash lids. Ensure bear box is fully locked to prevent animal rummaging. Trash runs every Wednesday so please ensure trash is place in bear box Tuesday night if your stay is within this time frame.

INDOOR GAS FIREPLACE: Gas log fireplace; wood is not to be used in this fireplace. Please ensure pilot light turned off after each use. Fireplace is seasonal use only (October until March).

OUTDOOR FIRE PIT: Firewood is not supplied, though may be present from previous guests, but can be easily obtained at retailers nearby. Weather conditions and county issued burn bans may affect guests’ ability to use the fire pit.

HOT TUB: Please be aware the hot tub may not be at optimal temperature upon arrival as it is drained, cleaned and refilled between each guest. The hot tub is to be used at your own risk. NO CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 12 or PETS ALLOWED IN HOT TUB. $250 cleaning fee for vomiting or soiling the hot tub will be charged.

FAMILY FUN: Please enjoy a variety of card / board games and smart TVs with a variety of apps for movie nights. Please handle gently and place games back in their original location as all our guests would love to enjoy these amenities.

DOGS: Attached to the cabin is a fenced in outdoor restroom area for your furry friends. Please pick up after your baby. 2 dog maximum, weighing less than 50 pounds each, are able to join you on your getaway. Do not leave animals alone as there are bears and predators within the mountains. There is a $75 non-refundable pet fee. DOGS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN HOT TUB! Additionally $50 will be charged for filter replacement if dog hair found in hot tub.

OUTDOOR LIGHTING: String lights on front porch controlled by white remote. String lights on fenced in area controlled by black remote. All remotes present on front porch tables. Please do not remove from their location

SMOKING & VAPING: Smoking and/or vaping inside the home is prohibited. Smoking & vaping on outdoor furniture or in hot tub is prohibited. Please do not throw cigarette butts into grassy areas as this increases the risk of wildfires. Please throw away all cigarette butts. If found to be smoking in home, subject to $200 fine

PARKING: Paved driveway to flat parking pad – 3 vehicles comfortably. Extended driveway for additional parking.

CAUTION: Please be aware, this cabin is on a mountain and can have difficult terrain to navigate. The first portion of the road is paved and has areas of gravel as you ascend the mountain. Gravel road can be affected by weather though managed well by HOA. 4WD is not necessary to access our beautiful oasis. The driveway to access the home, though steep, is paved ending on a flat, gravel parking area which can house up to three vehicles comfortably.

Additional fees of $100 for moving cabin furniture and $50/hr for additional cleaning time will be charged upon completion of reservation.
