Dear Guests, both current and future ! In this challenging and difficult time for all of us, we want to communicate with you our current and future guests, as we all deal with the impact of this corona virus (COVID 19). • Our number 1 concern is the health and safety of our guests and their families and that of our housekeeping team. • We are open for business and we continue to monitor the communications from our local and state government. • At this time, most businesses (Bars Restaurants etc) are open or are in the process of re-opening, in the Helen GA area and are adhering to the CDC requirements and the mandate from our local government agencys, if anything changes we will send updates as we receive them. We will be sending the most recent Press Releases from the City of Helen GA, to all our current guests and to all our guests that have upcoming reservations with us and to all new inquiries for future dates at our cabins, if anything changes. • We are watching carefully for any and all updates and any new information from the CDC and from the WHO (World Health Organization) and will communicate any relevant information that could affect our guests stay at our cabins currently and in the coming months. • Due to this current situation we have modified our cancellation policy. To all our guests with reservations that are cancelled within the 30 days from their arrival date, don’t worry you may postpone your dates indefinitely and we will transfer your payments to your future dates, when you decide to re-book if you have to cancel your current dates. • Our Housekeeping Team continue to follow the latest Environmental Cleaning and Disinfection recommendations from the CDC, that include sterilizing and sanitizing all surfaces etc, as we usually do as part of our cleaning process. We will also continue to maintain our Cabins in perfect sanitary condition prior to each new guest’s arrival, including the use of bleach which we always use in our laundry process, for towels and linens. As always, our hot-tubs are emptied, sanitized and refilled prior to each new guests arrival. • In summary, apart from heeding all the professional advice from the CDC, WHO and our local Government agencies, it is apparent that one of the best ways to stay safe and still maintain a quality of life at this difficult time, is to get away from cities and other congested areas and head to the clean air of the North Georgia Mountains and enjoy nature and breathe the fresh Georgia air, with your close friends and families. When you rent one of our 3 cabins, which all share the same spectacular views, Bald Eagle Lodge, Soaring Hawk or Cloud 9 and arrive at the Yonah Mountain gate where the cabins are located, you simply drive up the mountain to your chosen cabin, all 3 of our cabins are “self” check in, which makes your check in process very simple and easy, you would check out the same way. We hope that if you have a current reservation with us, that you still come and stay and enjoy the beauty and tranquility of the North Georgia Mountains, these 3 cabins not only provide for a great experience with family and close friends, the amazing views are also good for the soul !!.
