Glampers will find plenty to do without leaving the vast property, from shooting skeet on the range behind the main lodge and hunting quail on the 4,000 acres of land to riding horses on one of the trails extending into the woods of southern Georgia. The main lodge is elegantly and comfortably outfitted for nights playing games or talking to other guests in front of the roaring fire, with a network of walking paths meandering across the lawns for those who enjoy an afternoon stroll.

Visitors could also head into Moultrie for a meal in town or to wander through the streets’ many galleries and shops, passing the historic 1902 courthouse along the way. The Calico Arts and Crafts show is open throughout the year as well, showcasing the work of over 300 local artisans. Glampers can also play a round of golf at Sunset Country Club or visit the Ellen Payne Odom Genealogy Library for a look through the area’s familial legacies.
