The cabin is nestled in a wooded Blowing Rock neighborhood with location convenience paired with seclusion where you can experience comfort and tranquility. Downtown Blowing Rock is just 5 miles away, Moses Cone Memorial Park, Julian Price Park, Westglow Resort & Spa, Blowing Rock Equestrian Preserve, Bass Lake, and the Blue Ridge Parkway are a few miles away, Appalachian Ski Mtn is 16 minutes, and Grandfather Mountain is just 25 minutes. Boone is 20 minutes away, Linn Cove Viaduct is 15 minutes away, providing convenient access to all the area activities and attractions. The cabin is close to a grocery store, 10 minutes away.

LIVING AREA
Enjoy the open floor plan in the main living area with a gas fireplace, two comfortable loveseats and an oversized leather recliner, and a dining table for 6 with additional bar seating for 4 people. The cabin is equipped with a NEW 55" Samsung Smart TV with streaming subscriptions included (Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, and ESPN+).
The cabin is fully stocked throughout with great attention to detail and has been thoughtfully decorated with original artwork from the previous owner that you are sure to love.
OUTDOORS
The large back patio is great for taking in nature or relaxing by the fire-pit table seated in NEW Adirondack chairs. There are outdoor Sonos speakers integrated with the living room entertainment system. The NEW covered front porch is spacious and has four brand-new rocking chairs.
KID-FRIENDLY
This cabin is excellent for families. Sitting on over an acre of flat wooded property, there is plenty of nature to explore for the little ones. A high-chair, booster seat, Baby Bjorn pack-n-play (sheets included), hiking backpack, baby gates, child-sized cups/plates/bowls/silverware will be available, and a solid selection of books puzzles, and toys for children of all ages.
BEDROOMS
The large master bedroom with a walk-in closet located on the 2nd floor has a king-sized bed, a private bathroom, and a queen-sized pull-out sofa bed. It has a 40" Samsung TV with Roku.
Downstairs you will find two additional bedrooms with a full bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed and desk/workspace. The third bedroom has a Queen/Twin XL bunk bed, a game table for chess/checkers/cards, a 55" Samsung Smart TV positioned to view from the oversized and comfy bunk beds, and a Super Nintendo Classic gaming system.
HOUSE RULES
Minimum Age to Rent: Guests must be 25 years old or older to book
No Smoking: Smoking inside the Premises is not permitted at any time (including e-cigarettes)
No Parties or Events: We want to maintain a serene atmosphere for all our guests. Please respect our no-party policy.
Guest Capacity: No unregistered guests or visitors allowed. The maximum property capacity is 8 people.
Pet Friendly: Up to two pets are welcome upon request and prior approval! Pets must be crated when left at home alone. A $150 non-refundable pet fee will apply per stay and $250 refundable deposit per pet payable one week before arrival.
Quiet Hours: Quiet hours start at 9 pm until 7 am. Please keep noise to a minimum to ensure a peaceful environment for all.
Cleanliness: We appreciate your cooperation in keeping the property tidy. Regularly dispose of garbage throughout your stay and during checkout. A $250 fee will apply for excess trash left outside the designated secure bin located outside.
Damages and Breakages: Accidents happen! Report any damages and/or breakages and missing items promptly. Guests will be responsible for covering cost of damages or missing items.

- Dogs are limited to (2) two dogs weighing a maximum of 50 pounds each.
- Dogs must be at least one (1) year old.
- Dogs must be spayed or neutered.
- Dogs must be obedient and calm – on and off leash.
- Dogs must be free from behavioral problems such as excessive barking or howling, chewing, scratching at/near doors and windows, hyper behavior such as jumping up.
- Dogs must be non-aggressive toward people and animals. Please do not bring a dog to our property if it has any history of aggression.
- Dogs must be house trained.
- We recommend flea/tick & heartworm prevention to protect your dog (and future guests).
- The following dog breeds are not allowed: Pit bull, Rottweiler, Chow chow, Presa Canario, Akita, Doberman, Pinscher, Wolf Hybrids, Mastiff, German Shepherd.
Pet House Rules:
- Dogs must be housed within the cabin. While outside the cabin, dogs must be accompanied by their owner at all times whether on and off the leash.
- Dogs owners must use care and restraint as necessary to keep the dog from becoming obnoxious due to noise, odor, unsanitary conditions, or other nuisance.
- Owners must pick up dog waste and dispose in the trash can outside.
- Dogs are not allowed on the bedding or furniture.
- Dogs should be crated when alone if they are accustomed to being crated. It is the guests responsibility to ensure the property is not damaged by pets at any time.
- Please be respectful of the property by cleaning paws, etc after being outside -especially if they’ve been in the water.
Injuries, damages or complaints should be reported to us right away.
- Hosts retain the right to require immediate removal of any dog if the animal is being disruptive, causing damage, posing a risk to people or other animals, or for other major violations.
- Guests will be responsible for the full replacement cost of any damaged property that is
found to be damaged during your stay.
Spa Rules:
- Shower or bathe before using the spa to keep the water clean
- No eating, no smoking, and no glass containers in the spa
- Do not exceed the maximum capacity of 6 people in the spa
- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times while using the spa
- Do not sit or lie down on the spa cover
- Properly ensure cover is on the spa and both latches are clipped when not in use
- No jumping or diving into the spa
- No pets are allowed in the spa at any time
- Maximum safe spa temperature is 102 degrees or less
- Do not use spa if pregnant or hypertensive (high blood pressure)
- Do not use spa if under the influence of drugs or alcohol
- Do not use spa if water looks poor, smells bad, or without pump running
- Please add water if level drops below indicator on skimmer
- Please notify management of any equipment failure or water problems
- The spa is for use at your own risk. The property owner is not responsible for any injuries or accidents that may occur while using the spa.
