**Please note our pool is closing seasonally from November- February, as it gets to cold to keep it running. The pool will open early March depending on the weather.

Kitchen is fully stocked with plenty of serving ware, kitchen essentials, and a Keurig coffee machine stocked with pods, sugar, and creamer. Guests are welcomed with a thoughtful basket of snacks and a guidebook filled with recommendations for things to do and places to visit in the area.
• Bedrooms: Seven well-appointed bedrooms, each offering a tranquil, private space to unwind. The home comfortably sleeps 16 guests with 6 luxurious king beds and 4 cozy twin bunks, perfect for large families or groups. Each bedroom has an attached private bathroom for added convenience and privacy.

☆ Family-Friendly: As parents of young children, we understand the challenges of traveling with little ones. That's why we've made our home as family-friendly as possible. We provide a Pack 'n Play with crib sheets, and there’s ample space in any bedroom for set up, if you prefer us to set the Pack n’ Play for you please let us know when booking. We’ve also stocked kid-friendly cups, bowls, plates, and utensils, along with books, games, and puzzles for fun family time together!

☆ Pet friendly: We are pet friendly at a fee of $150 per pet, per stay. The pet cleaning fee covers the additional cleaning necessary to maintain the home’s cleanliness and comfort for all guests. We ask that pets not be left unattended and that owners clean up after their pets to ensure a pleasant experience for everyone. Barking dogs often result in neighbor complaints.
**Extra pet fees will be added through our guest portal once your reservation is confirmed (Plus Tax). Please let us know if you are traveling with a pet.

☆ Stand Up Paddle Board Rental: This is available to guests for an extra fee of $200 (Plus Tax) per stay. Once paid we will send you an access code and instructional video showing you how to unlock and return the SUP.

☆ Pool heater: The pool requires a lot of electricity heat, so using this will incur a daily fee of $100 (Plus Tax). This will be billed prior to your arrival if you request it, please note we need at least 4 days to heat the pool and must be booked and paid for, for the duration of your stay. Our pool is closed and covered seasonally from November to February.

☆ Hot Tub: The use of the hot tub is included in your nightly rate, there is no additional charge. Our team will turn the hot tub on prior to your arrival.

☆ Pests: Corolla is home to midges, tiny bugs that are common in the area during certain seasons. While they are harmless and don’t bite, we recommend keeping doors closed as much as possible to minimize their presence indoors. We also treat the area regularly to manage their numbers, but be aware they can still affect outdoor spaces. Bug spray but it is a great idea for enjoying the deck and pool areas. Snakes are also common in Corolla at times from the Marsh. If you notice one on property, please contact us and we'll have animal control come remove them.
