Welcome to this beautiful and unusual place in Western North Carolina!

A 21’ in diameter Grain Bin has been turned into a cozy space with all the amenities! It has a queen bed, loveseat, dining table, bar, wi-fi, TV , kitchen and HVAC. Step outside ( maybe 10 steps) to a silo that has been turned into a bathroom with all conveniences. Behind the Grain Bin is a fire pit with extra seating. Next to this space is a pond with rescued ducks and geese. Also, there is an almost 100 year old barn and fenced area for the 3 rescued Donkeys. A path leads to the Tuckasegee River with easy access and a pier with seating. This river is a Blue Trail because of its purity and trout fishing, claimed to be the best in NC!

This is in a valley with spectacular Mountain View’s all around! Only 4 miles away is Western Carolina University. Great Smoky Mountains National Park, the Blue Ridge Parkway and Asheville are short drives away! Explore hiking trails, waterfalls and lakes nearby!
