This custom built log cabin rental is on the pristine waters of Lake Lure, North Carolina, and boasts its own private cove with free use of a canoe and two kayaks. The property has three bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and can accommodate six guests. The master bedroom is a large room decorated in a 'western style', with a queen-size bed, a large walk-in closet, and French doors opening out onto a deck overlooking the cove. East-facing, the room enjoys the warmth of the morning sun - a perfect way to kick-start the day. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and a timbered ceiling, creating a cozy atmosphere. The third bedroom, the larger of the two guest rooms, has a queen-size bed and has a light and airy feel, thanks in part to two big windows. All three bedrooms have ceiling fans and large closets. The master bathroom has an extra large bathtub with a shower and a double sink vanity.

The main living area is open-plan and includes a comfortable living room with a sofa, two armchairs, and a coffee table. Behind this is a decently sized dining table with seating for eight people. The fully-equipped kitchen comes with a stove, a refrigerator, an oven, a microwave, a toaster, and a coffee maker. There is also a washing machine. Granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances give the kitchen a touch of contemporary style.

The basement contains yet more living space, with another seating area with a flat-screen TV and a refrigerator, while the adjacent games room is sure to keep both adults and kids occupied with a ping pong table, a pool table, and air hockey.
Outside, there is a large deck with an umbrella, perfect for grilling and dining. The property even has its own private dock, perfect for sunbathing or accessing the inviting waters of Lake Lure.
