This impressive accommodation awaits for a group getaway on the shores of Lake Norman in North Carolina. There are three bedrooms with room for nine guests in total. There are two king-size beds, one queen, plus a bunk room with three twin beds. The villa also has three full bathrooms with modern finishes, bathtubs, showers, toilets, and sinks.

The main living space is open and airy with a wall of windows providing views of the outdoors. The sectional sofa has room for everyone to snuggle up and watch a movie on the big-screen television, while the gourmet kitchen and dining space are located just behind the sofa. The kitchen space is complete with stainless-steel appliances, high-end countertops, cupboards, and all the equipment needed. The chef can be kept company on the bar stools around the island, and at the dining table steps away. This home also boasts a second lounge and games room downstairs where arcade games, shuffleboard, a bar area, and another television await!

Guests can head outside from the games room where plenty of seating is provided, while the spacious deck off of the main level has a patio set for al fresco dining, lounge chairs, and a barbecue. The peaceful fenced-in garden leads to the private dock onto the lake.

Guests will be treated to stylish rooms and high-quality furnishings in this accommodation. Bed linens, fluffy towels, kitchen cookware and utensils, plus a high chair and games are all provided. The home stays comfortable courtesy of air conditioning, and heating.
