There are a myriad of lovely parks to explore, including Koneheta Park. There, glampers can check out the gym, take a dip in the swimming pool, or play on the tennis courts, the baseball fields, and soccer fields. Famed Murphy River Walk also begins at this park, taking visitors down a lovely three-mile trail along the Hiwassee and Valley Rivers.

Cherokee Lake allows visitors to get out on the water, with boat rentals, kayaks, canoes, and more easily available. Guests can also go for a swim in the warm summer months. For some wine and relaxation, Calaboose Cellars, the smallest free-standing winery in the United States, is within easy driving distance. In the historic town of Murphy, guests will find eclectic shops, delicious restaurants, and friendly locals. Ocoee River Rafting excursions are also only 20 minutes away!
