Great fishing off the dock!
*Around the side of the house you'll find a second(!) private deck. The private dock + boathouse is down the hill straight in front of the house, accessed by outdoor steps. Please note the steps down to the dock are a bit uneven and steep.
The entire property is yours to use - house, firepit, dock, boathouse - all for your enjoyment except for the boat, which is off limits due to liability. However, the dock is large enough for you to bring your own boat or PWC to enjoy the lake. (Please inquire with us first and let us know!)
The cabin is located in a private lakefront neighborhood. The roads are gravel and you will feel away from it all, even though Downtown Roxboro with great restaurant options is 15 minutes away. It's also only 45 minutes from DT Durham and 20 minutes from Virginia International Raceway and approximately 30 minutes to Danville, VA.
Bring your bike (or paddleboard)!
