Enjoy watching the kids jump into the lake from your own private swimming dock. Two stand up paddle boards and one kayak are available for your use during your stay. Rent a ski boat or pontoon boat or bring your own. Whatever your desire, you will find it here!

LIVING ROOM: Floor to ceiling windows with expansive views, comfy couches and big screen TV for movie nights

GENERAL: Roku TVs with access to your favorite streaming services. WiFi, washer & dryer, towels, linens, complimentary toiletries, air conditioning, ceiling fans, hair dryer, pet fee (paid pre-arrival)

LOWER LEVEL: Foosball table, pool table, bar area, dining table, 2 private bedrooms

OUTDOOR: Charbroil grill, expansive deck with seating and water views, wood burning fire pit, floating dock. Dock is equipped with cleats to tie off up to two boats. Boat rental is not included with AirBnB however we can connect you with a local company that offers excellent service. They will deliver your boat/jet ski, walk you through everything and then pick it up when your reservation is complete.

Pets are welcome however must be disclosed at time of booking. Additional $300 PER pet fee per stay will be charged. If you are bringing more than one pet, we will send separate payment request.

STARTER ESSENTIALS: We provide our guests with all linens (sheets, bath towels & beach towels) as well as a complimentary starter pack of essentials including: toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, kitchen necessities such as garbage bags, paper towels, hand and dish soap, dishwasher soap and laundry detergent. Please consider the length and purpose of your trip when planning your stay with us - our essentials are provided to get your vacation started.

PLEASE NOTE***** There is ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING/VAPING OF ANY KIND IN THE HOUSE. If evidence of smoking inside is found, a $500 fine for deep cleaning will be assessed. Thank you for your understanding.

Guests may access all areas of the home, backyard and dock. Front door keypad may be hard to see at night. Touch the keypad to illuminate the numbers and then enter your code.

Easy check-in/out with personal door code. No keys to carry. We're available during your stay for any of your needs. Send a message through the airbnb platform for quickest response.

Lake Norman State Park is 10 minutes away. Camping, mountain biking, hiking and boat rentals available.

Guests must not be disruptive to neighbors. This home is in a quiet, family community. No events or drop by guests without prior permission. If any complaints are received, you will be asked to vacate WITHOUT REFUND.
