The cozy living area in the loft is complete with a queen-size bed for additional guests, a wardrobe housing a flat screen TV, a rocking chair, lamps, and end tables. There is also a convenient and fully equipped kitchenette with dishes and cooking utensils. The house comes with a bath area featuring a unique clawfoot bathtub.
Outside, guests can enjoy sitting on their private covered porch with a swing. There is a completely new deck with a hot tub and a table and chairs where guests can dine under the stars.
This cabin has Wi-Fi to ensure guests stay connected. There is also heating and air conditioning to keep things comfortable. All linens and towels are provided and there is plenty of parking available at the property. The 11 acres is gated as well.

The getaway is less than 20 minutes to downtown Boone and within 35 minutes of all the major ski resorts (App Ski, Sugar, Beech, and Hawksnest), making the location perfect - away from it all (the mountain experience guests expect), but with easy access to family activities!
The property has so much to offer. Guests can take a walk around the property (now 15 full accessible acres) or hike through the surrounding woods and beautiful seasonal flowers can be found all over the property for guest's enjoyment. Picnic spots are also available throughout the property to rest those legs or simply sit to enjoy a slice of mountain life. Guests might see some wildlife as there is an abundance and the area of land is not as developed as other towns. There are also two ponds on the property! Guests can tube down the lazy creek or stroll through the vegetable garden, relax, sit back, and chill out.

Guests are asked not to create a back-to-back Sunday booking. The cleaner chooses not to work on Sunday and the hosts respect her wishes. If guests create a Sunday back-to-back booking, the host has the discretion to immediately cancel your reservation.
Cancellation policy: if guests cancel and the hosts re-book the dates, they will refund the guest in full. If not, the booking payment will not be returned.
