There is no smoking allowed at this New Mexico getaway. Pets are allowed.

Guests must supply their own bedding and sleeping bags. In summer, sleeping bags rated for 30 degrees are recommended.

Guests will want to pack lightly, as they have to hike to the yurt.

In summer guests can either hike or bike to property.
In winter guests have to ski or snowshoe to property and purchase a trail pass, which can be purchased in the Base Lodge upon arrival. Depending on your fitness level, It is a 1.25-mile moderate hike (or bike). The host provides a wagon (bed dimensions measure 36-inches by 20-inches) for your gear (at around 9,800 feet, a heavy load can make the hike more strenuous) or you can pay $50 for gear delivery (includes drop-off and pick-up).

The hosts can drive guests´ gear out to yurt via a 4x4 side-by-side for an extra $50 (snowmobile in winter). Gear delivery needs to be arranged ahead of time. Guests can call or email host once the booking is confirmed.
