It is a comfortable house just 15 minutes from Tigre. Ideal for romantic getaways, families, or friends looking for a place to gather, enjoy privacy, and connect with nature.

The 3-room house with a spacious covered gallery is located in the center of a large park with mature trees, featuring a covered barbecue area, swimming pool, and kayak.

Activities available: hiking, rowing, birdwatching, outdoor dining, and food delivery.

The accommodation is inclusive and pet-friendly.

The house has two bedrooms with views of the park: one with a double bed and the other with two single beds and a desk. It also has a living/dining room, kitchen, and bathroom. The front of the house opens to a large gallery with a dining table and loungers offering beautiful views of the river and a dreamlike dock where you can have lunch or dinner while enjoying river life.

We are located 15 minutes from Tigre and 1 hour from Palermo.

The area is known for its island-style houses with large parks and native woods, which make it both attractive and peaceful. Through its well-maintained neighborhood trails, you can explore the island’s attractions, visit food spots, and do your shopping. You can also reach Tres Bocas, Pajarito stream, Santa Rosa stream, Sarmiento River, and Muelle C.

At 200 meters you’ll find Posada del Abra restaurant, and at 1000 meters, Timón Dorado restaurant and grocery. Across the stream, you’ll find El Hornero and Los Charly restaurants. Further along, on the Sarmiento River, there are other restaurants where you can dine. For exploring more distant areas of the Paraná Delta, a water taxi service is available.

Keep in mind that this is a wetland where all activities are governed by the tides. Extraordinary rises (levels above 220 cm) can occur during south-easterly storms. While they pose no risk to people, they may flood the park and neighborhood paths for a few hours, preventing the use of the park, walks, outdoor dining, or grocery shopping. Staying in the house to observe this phenomenon is an experience worth having.

During very low tides (levels below 70 cm), the water taxi cannot reach the house’s dock, and you will need to walk about 100 meters to the municipal dock. Kayak use is also not possible at that time.
