It is an intimate space of comfort and enjoyment in nature, perfect for romantic getaways. It features a veranda, swimming pool, kayak, solarium, garden, barbecue, and exclusive dock. To achieve this, the Suite complex has only two tiny houses and a space specially designed for this purpose.

Its Nordic-style décor is warm and elegant, with large windows and a furnished terrace to take in the surroundings, unforgettable views of the native forest, and the music of birds, frogs, and crickets.

Each suite has a private garden with a barbecue, and the complex is completed by a flower garden with a swimming pool at its center, a double solarium, lounge chairs, kayaks, and a dreamlike dock to enjoy day and night by the river. Our biodiversity refuge is ideal for birdwatching, native flora, and the island’s full biodiversity along a self-guided trail with an observation point in the heart of the forest.

On the island, you’ll find restaurants, grocery stores, food delivery, and kilometers of local trails to enjoy this unique environment. The area is known for its island-style houses with large gardens and native forests, making it both attractive and peaceful. Along the local trails—generally in good condition—you can explore the island’s attractions, visit gastronomic centers, and do your shopping. Trails lead to Tres Bocas, Pajarito stream, Santa Rosa stream, the Sarmiento River, and Muelle C.

1 km away: Timón Dorado restaurant and grocery, plus El Surtidor.
Across the stream: El Hornero and Los Charly restaurants.
A bit farther, on the Sarmiento River, restaurants where you can have dinner.
To visit more distant places in the Paraná Delta, you can hire a water taxi service.

Keep in mind that it is a wetland where all activities are ruled by the rhythm of the tides. Extraordinary floods (water levels above 220 cm) may occur during southeast storms. While they don’t pose a risk to people, they may flood the house’s garden and local trails for a few hours, preventing the use of the garden, going for walks, eating outdoors, or shopping. Staying at the house and observing this phenomenon is an experience worth living.

During strong low tides (river levels below 70 cm), the water taxi cannot reach the house’s dock—you will need to walk about 100 meters to the municipal dock. Kayaking is also not possible during these conditions.
The complex has official tourist authorization from the Tigre municipality.
