Just 20 minutes from Tigre Port, it is a traditional island house built on wooden stilts and recently renovated to provide modern comforts.
The House
The house is divided into two areas:
Rest Area: two bedrooms, a spacious living room with an extra bed, and two bathrooms.
Recreation Area: a living room, kitchen, and outdoor deck with beautiful river views and a dreamlike dock where you can have lunch or dinner while listening to the sounds of the river or set off sailing.
The Park & Refuge
The park serves as a biodiversity refuge with two main zones:
Recreation area: swimming pool, barbecue grill with table.
Conservation area: native forest with a self-guided trail and a lookout deck in the heart of the woods — perfect for glamping, yoga, meditation, sunbathing, and birdwatching. All necessary equipment is available.

Guests enjoy complete privacy. However, Griselda, the island co-host, will be available to welcome you, provide assistance, and ensure house rules are respected.
The Neighborhood
Known for its quiet beauty, rich landscapes, and unique cultural, architectural, and natural heritage.

This residential neighborhood features stilt houses with large gardens and native forests. The creek is popular with paddlers, and the dock is a lovely spot to relax, enjoy the sun, and watch boats, canoes, and kayaks pass by.

Nearby attractions include Tres Bocas, Arroyo Tranquilidad, Pajarito Stream, Sarmiento River, and Muelle C — each with its own cultural and natural richness.

The house provides a two-person kayak for exploring the island, visiting restaurants, shopping, or discovering other nearby islands. Private boat services can be hired.
Important to Know
It is a wild and natural environment where human life follows the rhythm of the tides:
Low tide (below 70 cm, San Fernando): boats cannot reach the house dock; you may need to walk ~300 m to the municipal dock. Kayaking and water refilling may also be restricted.
Ordinary floods (above 220 cm, San Fernando): no risk to people, but the park and paths may flood for a few hours — staying in the house and observing is a unique experience.
Swimming, boating, and walking along the riverbank involve natural risks. Stay alert to your own movements and those of others.

At sunset, mosquitoes may appear — repellent is recommended.
