The Space:
It sits in the tranquil neighbourhood of Bobs Farm, Port Stephens. On location, you have the Sunset + Vine Mediterranean Restaurant and Cellar door. Prefer Beer? Just a 2-minute walk to Murray's Brewery, a 9-15 min drive to Birubi Beach and One Mile Beach, and the stunning Tomaree Head Summit Walk.

Here, you can experience stunning sunrise & sunset views at the most exquisite vineyard retreats in Port Stephens, Hunter Region. Complete with easy access to water, a kitchenette with cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities including a waterless eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste-holding tank, hand basin, and shower (gas heated for hot showers) for your use.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please be advised that there will be other guests on the property as it is a function center & Restaurant —also where a second tiny house sits on the same property. If you want to book in groups, please contact your land host 24 hrs in advance to make arrangements.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the tiny house and the entire Estate & Vineyard, except for the land host's private residence. and other neighbouring residents close to the property.

Interaction with Guests:
Guests will enjoy your own private space but we are always happy to chat with you.

It is located in Bobs Farm, a rural Port Stephens neighbourhood in the Hunter Region, NSW. A recommended farm stay NSW escape, just a short distance to Nelson Bay, Anna Bay, Salamander Bay, and more.

- Koala Sanctuary in Port Stephens offers visitors the rare chance to view koalas in their natural habitat, nestled along One Mile Beach and Worimi Conservation Lands sand dunes.

- No smoking allowed on the property
- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed
- Pet cleaning fees applied for an additional $30 per pet per stay, Please inform the host that you will bring pet for your stay prior your arrival and the fee payment shall be paid directly to your host
- Please clean up after your dog/cats shedding before checking out
- Pets are not allowed on beds and sofas, and clean after your pets droppings
- Always remember not to leave your pets unattended inside or outside the property
- Please note that this is a PET-FRIENDLY property, and pet policies will be sent prior to arrival
- Telstra, Optus & Vodafone have very good signals. 2 degrees & Spark not sure of signal quality
- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge.

Important note:

- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property
- Keep in mind that BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban
- In order to maintain the cleanliness and functionality of our cassette toilets a minimum additional cleaning fee is applied for stays of 5 nights or more. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a hygienic experience during your stay.
