A cozy 139 square-foot tiny home with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet, hand basin, and shower (gas-heated for hot showers).

If you plan to spend your tiny house NSW getaways here, we advise bringing your basic necessities, such as food and water, during your stay with us. Thank you!

Guests will have access to the tiny home and its immediate surroundings, including the front garden, a full track at the rear, the dam, and the water valley. Additional amenities include a café, restroom, and an electric car charging point (available starting July 2025).

For those seeking extra adventure, horse riding and quad biking are available for an additional fee.

- Train and Taxi: Take the T1 train from Wynyard Station to Berowra Station, then hire a taxi.
- Train and Bus: Take the T1 train to Cherrybrook Station, then the 620X bus to Purchase Rd, Cherrybrook Technology High School. Transfer to the 3554 bus to Maroota Public School, Old Northern Rd. Total travel time is approximately 2 hours and 54 minutes.

To Nearest Towns:
- Wisemans Ferry: From Maroota Public School, take a bus to Wisemans Ferry (20 minutes).
- Glenorie: Take a bus from Maroota Public School to Glenorie (25 minutes).

Other Things to Note:
- If you wish to bring your pet along to stay, please discuss with the land host prior to your arrival. An additional pet fee charge of $20 per pet per stay is applied
- Breakfast is available at an additional cost between $10-$30 per person.
- Firewood provided for free
- Taxi services and activities such as horse riding are also offered for an extra fee.
- Charcoal BBQ grill is available
- Smoking is not allowed on the property
- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed
- Don’t forget to close the windows and lock the doors when leaving the tiny house/ property
- Make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning, and electronics (e.g., especially chargers)
- Inside the cabin, mobile reception is strong for Telstra, Optus, and Vodafone, but weak for other providers. However, when you venture around the track, into the forest, or near the dam, the connection becomes limited
- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge

Important note:
- Keep in mind that BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban
- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present in the surrounding areas
- For stays of 5 nights or more (or for bookings of 5 nights or more), an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the cassette toilet and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.
